Bereavement support service
The service is open to any Shropshire resident who has been bereaved by either a recent death or previous loss. The service can be accessed through self-referral by calling 0345 678 9028. Read more about the bereavement support service.

If someone needs food directly as a result of Covid-19, they should call Shropshire Council on 0345 678 9028 where they will go through a triage process for food to see which route of support they should have. If they need food due to general lack of funds, they should call the Welfare Support Team on 0345 678 9078.
