Councillors are truely sickened and deeply saddened by the news that the eggs in the swan’s nest at the Castle have been crushed, leaving just one remaining egg. The council were made aware of the incident this morning via Facebook and pictures were posted showing 3 large bricks that were removed from the swan’s nest. If anyone has any information or knows who may be responsible, please contact the Community Support Officer.
